Founded in 2005, At Your Service originally operated as a concierge services business, providing cleaning and support services for both residential and commercial properties. From the beginning, the company focused on accountability, service quality, and long-term client relationships.
In 2023, the original founder retired and sold the business to Mike Baas, a Nashville-area business owner who was intentionally seeking to expand his portfolio with a stable, service-driven company that could be modernized and carried forward with strong operational discipline.
In 2024, At Your Service made a strategic decision to exit residential cleaning and focus exclusively on commercial and multi-family properties. Today, we primarily support apartment communities, condominiums, and shared-use commercial buildings throughout Nashville, Brentwood, Franklin, and surrounding areas.
